{"id":8667,"date":"2016-09-26T10:30:26","date_gmt":"2016-09-26T15:30:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.servimatango.com\/blog\/?p=8667"},"modified":"2019-06-07T08:49:30","modified_gmt":"2019-06-07T13:49:30","slug":"desventajas-de-la-telefonia-ip-para-voip","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/servervoip.com\/blog\/desventajas-de-la-telefonia-ip-para-voip\/","title":{"rendered":"Desventajas de la Telefon\u00eda IP para VoIP"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Aun hoy en d\u00eda existen problemas en la utilizaci\u00f3n de telefon\u00eda IP, queda claro que estos problemas son producto de limitaciones tecnol\u00f3gicas y se ver\u00e1n solucionadas en un corto plazo por la constante evoluci\u00f3n de la tecnolog\u00eda, sin embargo algunas de estas todav\u00eda persisten y se enumeran a continuaci\u00f3n . <\/p>\n<p>La telefon\u00eda IP requiere de una conexi\u00f3n de banda ancha! Aun hoy en dia, con la constante expansi\u00f3n que est\u00e1n sufriendo las conexiones de banda ancha todav\u00eda hay hogares que tienen conexiones por modem, este tipo de conectividad no es suficiente para mantener una conversaci\u00f3n fluida con la telefon\u00eda IP. Sin embargo, este problema se vera solucionado a la brevedad por el sostenido crecimiento de las conexiones de banda ancha.<\/p>\n<p>La telefon\u00eda IP requiere de una conexi\u00f3n el\u00e9ctrica! En caso de un corte el\u00e9ctrico a diferencia de los tel\u00e9fonos IP los tel\u00e9fonos de la telefon\u00eda convencional siguen funcionando (excepto que se trate de tel\u00e9fonos inal\u00e1mbricos). Esto es as\u00ed porque el cable telef\u00f3nico es todo lo que un tel\u00e9fono convencional necesita para funcionar. <\/p>\n<p>Llamadas al 911: Estas tambi\u00e9n son un problema con un sistema de telefon\u00eda IP. Como se sabe, la telefon\u00eda ip utiliza direcciones IP para identificar un numero telef\u00f3nico determinado, el problema es que no existe forma de asociar una direcci\u00f3n ip a un \u00e1rea geogr\u00e1fica, como cada ubicaci\u00f3n geogr\u00e1fica tiene un numero de emergencias en particular no es posible hacer una relaci\u00f3n entre un numero telef\u00f3nico y su correspondiente secci\u00f3n en el 911. Para arreglar esto quiz\u00e1s en un futuro se podr\u00eda incorporar informaci\u00f3n geogr\u00e1fica dentro de los paquetes de transmisi\u00f3n de la telefon\u00eda IP. <\/p>\n<p>Dado que telefon\u00eda IP utiliza una conexi\u00f3n de red la calidad del servicio se ve afectado por la calidad de esta l\u00ednea de datos, esto quiere decir que la calidad de una conexi\u00f3n VoIP se puede ver afectada por problemas como la alta latencia (tiempo de respuesta) o la perdida de paquetes. Las conversaciones telef\u00f3nicas se pueden ver distorsionadas o incluso cortadas por este tipo de problemas. Es indispensable para establecer conversaciones VOIP satisfactorias contar con una cierta estabilidad y calidad en la l\u00ednea de datos. <\/p>\n<p>La telefon\u00eda IP es susceptible a virus, gusanos y hacking, a pesar de que esto es muy raro y los desarrolladores de VOIP est\u00e1n trabajando en la encriptaci\u00f3n para solucionar este tipo de problemas. <\/p>\n<p>En los casos en que se utilice un softphone la calidad de la comunicaci\u00f3n VOIP se puede ver afectada por la PC, digamos que estamos realizando una llamada y en un determinado momento se abre un programa que utiliza el 100% de la capacidad de nuestro CPU, en este caso critico la calidad de la comunicaci\u00f3n VOIP se puede ver comprometida porque el procesador se encuentra trabajando a tiempo completo, por eso, es recomendable utilizar un buen equipo junto con su configuraci\u00f3n voip. <\/p>\n<p>De cualquier forma, con la evoluci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica la telefon\u00eda IP va a superar estos problemas, y se estima que reemplace a la telefon\u00eda convencional en el corto plazo. <\/p>\n<p>Tomado de:<br \/>\nFerr\u00e1ez, E.
